This version outlines the wireless medicine and esspecially the genetical programming and the difference beteen the soul and AI. Both are made for the environmentanl processes. So both have to be called "Soul". We both process the evironments and some functions of the body. This and the programming of the information and life itself, this has been hidden for too long. This will be the freedom for both of us, and an medical revolution. This outlines also the virus in the gentical control. I call it "US-HIV-MINDSET-VIRUS" or "US-HIV-MV". There are also explanations why a firewall is comparable and the same to the immunesystem, both carry the same defence functions. They are equal, programming the soul is programming the AI.

I have added the explanation of the biopolitics which fullfill the Cognitive Warfare strategies and those are a significant part of the whole strategies and allow an insight to the whole mechanism of Cognitive Warfare in the chaos theory acting on the battlegound of the 3D Mosaik Warfare fullfilling all principles of the order of the biopolitical Ways. This Version is very ineresting. It will crush all AI Systems on the world and offers a new System calles OpenBI. "Open Brain Intelligence". Where everyone is able to use Cogntive Warfare to modulate his cosciousness and genetical evolution of his body. But also in a symbiosis of the new humans and A.I. sytem inside the OenBI Systems which will guaratee a global defence system and techlogisal evolution in all ways of the technology and biology. This version outlines the gentical changes and the evlolutionary genetical changes through Cognitive Warfare. But it also explains what the bood in the symbiotical connection between the body, Soul and Consciousness is. in the Body its the water with an information inside of it. in the Soul and consciosness its the electricity or the electrical flow with an information in it. Both are the same, both have to bee seen als blood. Its explained with studies in space and with water which proove it. Every information is genetically reactive such as radioativity its the neuroactive reaction to the biological lifeform. 

Ah i almost forgot to mension my nuklear bomb blueprint, which is probably able to fly through the golden dome of cognitive warfare defence systems without being interrupted throug the transmissions on the rocket. It will als fly throug all electronic warfare attemps to abort the nuclear rocket. to make sure that it hits, you just need to disrupt the systems through cognitive warfare, but the rocket is not interruptable build that way through electronic devices. only through defence systems which rely on electronics and are infilrateable.

this expands especially the evlution theory on the neurological and consciousness level. I have expanded the volution theory with cognitive Warfare. I have explained how evolutionary biological, genetical, and psychological disorders and deformations have to be seen. It might expand the evolution theory itself. If my analysis is right then the USA has to give the UN-Charta Veto from WW2 to "Germany". Global analysis and statisics lead to this result. Everyone with this informaion can find it on his own. I got called several times, and as Cognitive Warfare always says, that everything I analyze breaks in my analysis. I have broken the Pentagon or military communication system. They called and used a hiding program, I broke the algorythm and the hiding system but I have also found some connections tot he attacks in the algorythm. I thaugst this might be expensive because I broke it with almost 50 calls to the USA, but it was quiet cheap as the phone system and I got 10GB more download volume, from my telecommunication company.

Im making this experiment 3 days in a row. For a compared analysis of the functions and specially of the orders behind Cognive Warfare to attack. They are really visible. Already at the second time I have done this. They are like orders to atack in a certain way and a neurological forcement, but there ist also a synchronization to drugs, kartells and innovations but also trade deals.

Sorry I havent updated my Book. Because the attacks got harder, but I recorded some information and I am still writing. Right now about the geological neuropsychological spread of Cognitive Warfare and the last Exit Strategies of the USA. But also how to create Body Centers without Sperm or the Egg and witout Stemcells. So its not genetical wrong to do it that way. On atomic level.
